Sam was diagnosed with a brain stem tumor in Dec. 2008. He underwent chemotherapy from Aug. 2009-Nov. 2010. He is currently being monitored for tumor stablization through MRI's. He receives treatment and care from the Cleveland Clinic. We are holding a kick-it event to raise money for childhood cancer research at Sam's school--Clinton Elementary in Tiffin, Ohio on September 23, 2011.
