JOHN MILLER AND THE VALWOOD VALIANTS ARE TEAMING UP WITH KICK-IT TO FIND A CURE FOR PEDIATRIC CANCER.
Hi. I'm John Miller, a junior at Valwood School. I am the starting kicker and punter on the varsity football team. Kick-It is a charitable organization who's purpose is to raise money to find a cure for pediatric cancer. I have decided to use the game of football to help Kick-It accomplish this goal.
Everyone knows someone that has been touched by this horrible disease. My mother is a cancer survivor. Our head coach and defensive coordinator lost a brother to cancer in 2003. A member of our team was diagnosed with cancer after our season last year and has beat cancer and is back in pads this year.
"For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required." God blessed me with the ability to kick a football. I think it's a wonderful thing that I can use this gift to help children defeat what used to be a death sentence. I'm asking that you pledge to help me do that.
Please support me by clicking on PLEDGE NOW or DONATE NOW at the top of the screen. If you choose to make a pledge, last year I scored 48 points. For example, $2 per point times 48 points = $96.
PLEASE HELP THE VALIANTS AND ME HELP THE KIDS IN NEED!
