Kick Cancer out of our community & everyone else's!!!

This event is very special to me in so many ways!! As many of you may know, our son Hayden was diagnosed with AML Leukemia on February 10, 2011. After months of chemotherapy treatments and what would come to be TWO bone marrow transplants and countless other complications along the way, Hayden is finally back home and in remission....we literally "kicked" cancers butt!! In our small community there are several other children that have been diagnosed with this horrible disease as well, each having different forms or cancer. Thanks to all of the wonderful people in our town all of our families have received blessing after countless blessing and tons of much needed support. In an effort to not only raise awareness for children's cancer and funding to help find a cure, I think it is equally important to be able to "give back" to the community that has so freely given of themselves!!! This is truly what life is all about.....helping others in their times of need and paying it forward in the biggest ways possible.
