Hello, my name is Caleb Conaway and I have dedicated my senior season at Mayfield High School football, 2017 to Kick It. This is an extraordinary opportunity to raise money for the fight against pediatric cancer. Childhood cancer is the leading cause of death by disease in children under the age of 15 in the U.S. This is why Kick It can play an important role in a child's life. Kick It provides hope to children who are fighting for life every day. Upon sponsorship, for every point I kick this fall season money will go to the top research facilities to Kick cancer.
