My name is Evan Davis, and I play both varsity football and soccer at Crest High School in Shelby, North Carolina. I am excited to be a Kick-It Champion and dedicate the 2017 Crest football and soccer seasons to Kick-It to Cancer's fight to help stop pediatric cancer. Cancer kills more children than any other disease, and only about 4% of federal research dollars goes to childhood cancer.
You can help in two ways. You can make a one-time donation in any amount. To make a one-time donation toward my goal, click the DONATE NOW button above. No donation is too small!
You can also encourage me to perform my best my entire junior season by pledging a donation for each point scored on special teams in football (including kickoff touch backs) and for each point I score in soccer (goals and assists).
To pledge a dollar amount for every football field goal, extra point, touch back, and every soccer goal and assist this season, click the PLEDGE NOW button above.
To help guide your per-point pledge, I have listed my freshman and sophomore season averages for football and soccer. Please pledge carefully. For instance, if you were to pledge $1.00 per point based on my previous season averages for football and soccer combined, that would be $89 total. You are welcome to pledge in any amount per point ($.25, $.50, or $.75 per point, for instance).
I have averaged 46 extra points per football season during my two-year career.
I have averaged 9 field goals (27 points) per football season during my two-year career.
I have averaged 6 touch backs per season during my two-year football career (although this number will be higher this year).
I have averaged about 4 goals per season during my two-year soccer career.
I have averaged about 6 assists per season during my two-year soccer career.
If you choose to pledge, you will receive an email confirming your pledge, as well as updates throughout the season on my progress, and an email at the end of the season with my totals so you can fulfill your pledge. All pledges and donations are tax-deductible.
Please join me in the fight to find cures for kids with cancer.
Thank you!
