Garett Christopher Hall was diagnosed at 4 years old on May 15, 2010 with DIPG. He passed away June 23, 2011 after battling for 13 strong months. His strength, laugh and smile stayed with all those that had the privilege of meeting him. He told us once that he would be 5 forever, it was as if he always knew his time with us was short. Our G-Man will be FOREVER5 and will NEVER be forgotten!

DIPG stands for Diffused Intrinsic Pontine Glioma. It is a brain tumor that is infused through the pons of the brain stem, rendering nervous system function impossible. Approximately 300 children are diagnosed with diffuse intrinsic pontine gliomas (DIPG) each year, usually between the ages of 5 and 9. It's a monster.
