Please join us as we host our fifth annual lemonade stand at the Harbor Bay Clubhouse in honor of Harbor Bay residents' Irene and Pat Fredella's 9 year old grandson Jake Talbot.  In 2011 at the age of 2, Jake was diagnosed with a rare and agressive form of Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma, stage IV.  Jake unerwent chemotherapy for one year and an 11 hour surgery at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.  Today, we are able to celebrate the fact that Jake is cured.  Unfortunately, like two-third of childhood cancer survivors, Jake lives now lives with the side effects from the cancer and chemotherapy and is set to undergo another major operation this fall.  Please help us reach our goal of one day of research towards better, less toxic treatments for our kids and, ultimately a cure!   You can join me by helping me plan this event, attending my event, or making a donation right to this page.  Thanks for your support!
