For my personal mileage goal, I put 10 miles! This mileage I'm sure I won't be able to reach due to the 4 reconstruction spine surgeries I've had due to bone diseases. I suffer with chronic pain & nerve damage for over 18 years now, however, Im a fighter and stay as active as possible! So if I even manage to complete 1 mile it's a huge accomplishments!
