I apologize for the delay in updating you all on my progress. It’s been an exhausting (football AND cheer practice), illness ridden (double ear infection AND bronchitis), and busy couple of weeks. The previous two weeks games we had tough losses against Pauls Valley (34-14) and Metro Christian (47-30). Last night we started district play against OK Centennial and earned our first “W” of the season (42-6)! I’ve had few opportunities to kick extra points, which unfortunately, have been unsuccessful. We have a lot of work ahead of us when it comes to the snap, hold and execution of my kick (timing) but, if given the opportunity, we’ll get there! I’ve got a goal to reach and kids in need of the money raised for continued cancer research. With that said, I want you to know just how much I appreciate and thank you all for believing in, and supporting me in my efforts both on and off the field. Next week we travel up to Newkirk!
