Hi my name is Brayden Welch. I have been the starting Kicker/Punter for the Canyon Eagles since my Jr year. GO EAGLES! I had the opportunity in July (2018) that was a once in a lifetime opportunity of traveling to WI to try out for the Under Armour All-American Team sponsored by Kohl's Kicking Camps and ESPN. My goal was to see how well I could compete against the best in the country. I had no idea God had other reasons for my appearance there. I came in contact w the founder of Kick It Champions raising $ for pediatric Cancer research. I immediately was one of the first ones to sign up. I love kids and love teaching them. My heart breaks when I see a child deprived of the simple things in life that we take for granted due to cancer. I have always been told by my parents, coaches and my Kohl's kicking staff that what you do on the field is important but it's what you do off the field that matters. My goal is to know I've done everything I can to help out each child who has cancer to find them a cure and have a life with out sickness. Your donations can help get us to that point. Look at it like this, The pressure is all on me but now I'm not just kicking for my Football Team I'm also kicking for the Kids who have Cancer to change a child's life, one kick at a time.
