Hello everyone! School has kept me busy, so I've tried my best to get miles in when I can. How have you been able to stay active so far this month? We're halfway through the month already, where does the time go?! Keep up the great work, refresh and rejuvenate yourselves. If you're struggling to stay active like me, make little changes. An extra 5 minutes of walking before going into your work building. A short 5-10 minute walk at lunch. A 5-10 minute walk after work on your way to your car. Every little bit can add up, it doesn't need to be all at once!
