We are committed to fighting childhood cancer in honor of survivors like Maddie and McKenna, and in memory of angels like Alex and Michael Heras. Michael was diagnosed with osteosarcoma in May 2016, at 16 years old.  He underwent aggressive treatment until all options were exhausted and earned his wings on May 25, 2018.
