I participated in the Razorback Run 5K today! It was a lot of fun and was to benefit the Fayetteville Animal Shelter which is where I am volunteering-- win win!!!

Okay I've downsized my running goal to 45 miles which I think is realistic and attainable :) I am determined to make the 45 miles hopefully more than that by the end of September! #runningrocks #runcauseyoucan
