Fox Township and BV Elementary students are learning about giving back to the community while supporting a great cause. We are gearing up to start our 9th year of fundraising for the Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF). This is a cause that is near and dear to the hearts of the community, as Fox Township Elem. lost one of its kindergarten students, Connor Bobik, to brain cancer in 2011. Our school and community were looking for a way to keep Connor’s memory alive and wanted to continue to spread awareness about this devastating disease. Fundraising for ALSF seemed like the perfect fit. We will be holding several events this year, and in-school fundraising runs from May 13th-23rd, with our Lemonade Carnival being held on Wednesday, May 22nd.
