I am Gavin Myers, Senior Varsity Kicker/Punter for the Lakota East Thunderhawks Football Team. For my Senior 2019 Thunderhawk football season I am once again partnering with Kick-It to help cure childhood cancer one kick at a time. Over the past 2 seasons I have put 65 points up on the board and raised a total of $7035.00. I have funded over 125 hours of research by just doing what I love, playing football!

Cancer is a disease that has affected me personally with the loss of Cainan Craun to pediatric cancer in January 2018 and my Aunt Mandy in June 2016 . My Aunt Nicole kicked breast cancer and is cancer free. 

I am dedicating my Senior season to Madison Smallwood!  Madison bravely and courageously fought osteosarcoma for 4 years and sadly passed away on June 25, 2019.  I want to do my part to find a cure for cancer and make a difference in the lives of  kids like Madison and Cainan battling this awful disease everyday. With your help, we can all support something much bigger than a football game, we can support research to end childhood cancer!
