My name is Sarah Levine. My brother Max Levine was a big supporter of Alex's Lemonade Stand. He battled Neuroblastoma for over 6 years before passing away in April 2008. My family set up a fund in his name called the Max Levine Fund for Neuroblastoma Research. I've run dozens of lemonade stands in honor of Alex and Max and participated in the CBS telethon for ALSF last month. Words can not describe what this foundation means to me. Max survived on study medications discovered from Neuroblastoma research which was funded by ALSF.
