True Pump & Equipment is located in Denver, Colorado. We are an Aquascape, Inc. distributor and have been since 1998. Aquascape, Inc., the leader in the watergarden industry, is based out of St. Charles, IL. Here at True Pump we have supported our customer, BR & D Landscaping's annual pond tour for 10 years. This tour showcases beautiful watergardens, ponds and waterfalls and the proceeds from the tour are donated, by BR & D Landscaping to Denver Botanic Gardens, Hudson Gardens and the North American Water Garden Society. M ypond has been on the tour for a couple of years and last year the neighborhood kids decided to have a lemonade stand and it was a big hit. I told these kids about Alex and they are on board This year we will become one of ASLF stands with a modest goal of $100.00. I'm sure they can reach this goal if not surpass it greatly. Aquascape holds it's annual meetings in St. Charles every year for distributors, contractors and customer and this year 2 of their other distibutors told us all about Alex's Lemonade Stand and encouraged us to join in and help. These companies are Aquascape of the Delaware Valley and James Ponds out of Doylestown, PA. These companies are dedicated and working towards( hopefully by next summer) a nation wide pond tour with their customers teaming up with ALSF to host as many stands as possible to help raise awareness and money for ALSF and all the good they have been doing trying to combat childhood cancer. I am starting small this year with a stand in my front yard but will do my best to help those friends that are organizing next years national event to be succesful and together we can make a difference.
