For the past 9 years I have been a part of an incredible community of people who have striven to conquer childhood cancers once and for all! I have shaved my head over a dozen tines to stand in solidarity with children for the past 9 years and this past June I biked over 300 miles all to raise awareness and funds for childhood cancer and childhood cancer research. For the month of September, childhood cancer awareness month, I am embarking on another Journey to run 100 miles to raise funds for research and bring awareness to my community at home and abroad. Cancer doesn't rest and neither will I until the day comes when I can say mission complete!
