Childhood cancer touched our family when our niece and cousin, Abigail, was diagnosed with AML leukemia in 2005 at the age of two. She is one of the lucky ones--she is alive! But many of the children who were in treatment at the same time lost their lives. No child should have to go through the pain that these children endure, and no family should have to watch their child suffer or die. We will continue to fight the fight against childhood cancer!
