Cartwheel-A-Thon at All Stars Gymnastics Throughout the week of November 30th, gymnasts at All Stars Gymnastics will hold their 4th annual Cartwheel-A-Thon. The purpose of their Cartwheel-A-Thon is to raise money each year for Alex’s Lemonade Stand. It is a great opportunity for their gymnasts to learn about giving back to the community and raising money for such a great foundation. Alex’s foundation is a great cause in and of itself since it is based upon a local story. During class, each student performs 100 cartwheels and visits the lemonade stand set up in the lobby. After class, each participant then asks friends and family members for donations. There are prizes awarded for the most money raised and also a raffle that includes all participants.
