The Knitting Nest is very involved in local community fundraising events so we thought it was time to help out a Nationwide Charity - we're so glad to be involved in such a wonderfully organized group! June 19th is World Wide Knit in Public Day - we will have a guest teacher in the store for the weekend - Mr. Franklin Habit - from Chicago Illinois and we are expecting lots of visitors during the day. If you would like to help with the Lemonade Stand during the day please call the store to sign up for a time - we will also be taking donations of cupcakes and cookies to sell along with the lemonade.
