Joyce Kilmer has had 4 very successful Alex's Lemonade Stands in the past 3 years. We were even recognized as a Top 100 Stand Host in 2008, raising over $4,000 in just one day. Over the 4 years, our grand total is close to $13,000. We hope to have another successful year!

The stand is so important to our school because we are able to see that we can make a difference, like Alex, at any age. Students feel extra special when they are able to help their peers. We hope to find several sponsors to help us gather all of the necessary items for our stand. Currently, the 5th graders are writing letters to local businesses.
