I'm participating in Alex's Million Mile to help move us closer to finding a cure for all children with cancer. My niece, Bailey Rae, was diagnosed with Stage IV Neuroblastoma at 4 weeks of age. Now age 2 and NED, she will continue to have lasting effects from chemo throughout her lifetime.

I am running in honor of two other children whom are family friends of ours: Reece Dodson and Austin Freeman. Both boys received devestating news this week; their cancer battle must continue on. Their scans came back showing tumor growth despite chemo and treatment. Our hearts are broken for this news.
