Our son RJ is a Lion King loving, energetic 4 year old who was diagnosed with Rhabdomyosarcoma in September 2022. He woke up one morning with a swollen right cheek, and after a few weeks of doctor appointments we learned that the swelling was in fact a 4-5 cm tumor. Our friends and family rallied around us to provide support. Also, by God's grace we were located in Houston where a clinical study was taking place for his diagnosis. After 66 weeks of chemo and 28 rounds of proton radiation, RJ is healthy, happy and cancer free.
