Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation emerged from the front yard lemonade stand of 4-year-old Alex Scott, who was fighting cancer and wanted to raise money to find cures for all children with cancer. Her spirit and determination inspired others to support her cause, and when she passed away at the age of 8, she had raised over $1 million.  To raise money and awareness, I will once again do 2,000 push-ups in one day -- 1 push-up for each dollar Alex raised when she held her first lemonade stand in her front yard.  We are also doing this in loving memory of Sarah Gibson, the sister of my friend and law partner, James Gibson, who recently passed away from cancer.  Sarah was a wonderful person and gifted musician, just like her brother, and she touched the lives of  many people and left a tremendous legacy.  Please donate whatever your heart tells you.
