The Lake Norman is Kicking It games will be played on Sunday, September 23, 2012. The game is being played in honor of all Lake Norman Area Childhood Cancer Kids. Many of the teams will be made up of families and friends of childhood cancer survivors, those in treatment and those that lost their battle with childhood cancer. Other teams will be made up of people who love kick ball and want to support a worthy cause. We invite everyone to form a team and play in the game. We are all coming together to raise money for childhood cancer research. We believe research is the key to finding a cure. Every penny donated makes a difference. Form a team and join the fight today.

We are looking for at least 16 teams to join our game. We will play a double elimination tournament with the teams that register. The goal is to have fun and raise money! Teams can be made up of all adults or a combination of adults and kids. It's your team; it's your choice. Teams must have a minimum of 8 players and a maximum of 25 players.

We will set a time limit of 20 minutes per game. We can play 3 games at the same time at the Coddle Creek Fields.

Each team can set their own fundraising goal. Remember all money raised goes to childhood cancer research. Also, since our game is being played in September, Jeff Gordon will personally match the amount we raise.
