Rocky River Middle School Cares!

We will be KICKING-IT for this year's Fall Fundraiser at Rocky River Middle School!

Kick-It is a national volunteer driven organization focused solely on raising money for children's cancer research. Founded by a 10-year old cancer patient from Northeast Ohio who loves kickball, Kick-It events have been held across the country and as far away as Australia. With the help of schools like ours nearly two million dollars has been raised for children's cancer research.

Inspired by the Kick-It story, a couple of RRMS students introduced it to the school administration in hopes we as a school and community would join together to help find a cure for kids with cancer. This is an opportunity for us to show our support for our Rocky River families currently coping with children's cancer.

Students will be teamed up by homeroom and encouraged to take ownership in this fundraising effort by creating individualized homeroom plans and ideas to raise research dollars.

EVERY DAY 36 KIDS ARE DIAGNOSED WITH CANCER, NEARLY 2 CLASSROOMS FULL!

That is why we are asking for your help - to fund desperately needed research.
