NOTRE DAME KICKS-IT FOR KEVIN 2015

In traditional Fighting Irish Style, Sorin Hall is teaming up with KICK-IT to raise money for research into curing childhood cancer!

This event is held each fall in honor of Kevin Healey, a Sorin Otter in the Class of 2011, who was diagnosed with cancer in the beginning of his senior year at Saint Ignatius High School in Cleveland, OH. His battle with cancer ended April 24, 2009 as Kevin passed away towards the end of his sophomore year. Kevin is remembered for his whole-hearted involvement in the Notre Dame community and for his ever-present sense of humor. Kevin's brothers in Sorin Hall honor his memory through the annual Kick-It kickball tournament with the aim of raising funds for research to help cure pediatric, adolescent, and young adult cancers.
