Day 2

Everyone keep strong ! I have posted pictures of Lexi smiling , living life. I also want to remind everyone why we do this. This is Lexi in the ER , the night we found out she relapsed. I took her in at 8pm and we finally got into a room on the oncology floor at 9am the following morning. Lexi felt terrible , she looked even worse. I was scared. I just could not believe she had relapse after 30 days being off chemotherapy. We were suppose to be celebrating her cancer free days !! No 7 yr old should be going through this. This is why you are running, walking , and biking. Lexi deserves to have a normal childhood and so does the 36 kids that will hear they have cancer today. Yes 36 kids a day are diagnosed with pediatric cancer. We can do this. 1000 miles here we come !
