To track miles throughout the month, there are a few different methods, including FitBit, Strava or Map My Fitness. Once your devices are synced, they will automatically add your miles overnight onto the AMM page.
If you are tracking manually, there will be a calendar you’ll be allowed to fill in starting September 1st. You’ll be able to enter miles “fill in the blank”-style retroactively, and the calendar will be open into the first week of October.
