Hello!! Welcome to Operation Lemonade...where Alex's dream is in the hands of our team! Ms. McKee's 5th grade class at St. Michael the Archangel is holding a lemonade stand challenge to see which class in the school can raise the most money for pediatric cancer research. We will be selling lemonade and small snacks to each grade level at all lunch periods on April 25, hoping to reach our goal of AT LEAST $800! Some students are holding personal lemonade stands in their local neighborhoods, and we will also be accepting donations.

This year we have been studying various life values on values.com, and many students wrote personal essays on Alex's "Inspiration" billboard. Many of us know family members, friends, and siblings of friends who suffer or have suffered from cancer. Finding a cure for this disease, especially for kids like us, could help other children live a happy, healthy, and cancer-free life!
