The CBS Philadelphia Alex Scott: A Stand for Hope Telethon is an annual day-long fundraiser celebrating the life of Alex Scott and all children affected by childhood cancer. It includes stories from childhood cancer families, researchers, favorite CBS personalities and an airing of the Emmy award-winning documentary Alex Scott: A Stand for Hope which tells the heartwarming story of Alex and the Foundation that bears her name.

Hosted by CBS Philadelphia, on-air personalities interview Liz and Jay Scott, childhood cancer hero families and others to share with viewers the incredible impact that ALSF funding can have on children battling cancer. Tune in to this year’s telecast for a full day of inspiration.

This year’s telethon will be completely virtual and include a pre-recorded special about the life and inspiration of Alex Scott and how her legacy is helping other families.
