Fighting childhood cancer never tasted so good!
Lemon: NYC is a memorable and exclusive culinary event benefiting Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation and the fight against childhood cancer. Hosted by Chef Alex Guarnaschelli of New York’s Butter Restaurant and the Food Network. The event brings 18 of the country’s superstar chefs under one roof to prepare signature plates for a limited number of guests. In an informal setting in Lower Manhattan, surrounded by spectacular views of the river and Statue of Liberty, guests have the opportunity to try innovative tasting plates prepared by the chefs and engage in casual interactions with these culinary superstars.
In addition to the delicious food, the evening will be further enhanced by fabulous live and silent auctions and words from Liz and Jay Scott (parents of ALSF founder Alexandra "Alex" Scott) about the importance of funding childhood cancer research.
In an exciting change for 2015, this will be a grazing/cocktail event, rather than a seated dinner, giving guests the opportunity to sample from the range of culinary styles and virtuoso dishes offered at the event.
