ALL SUBMISSIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY END OF DAY, MONDAY, AUGUST 3, 2009 (BY MIDNIGHT EASTERN TIME).

ALSF is excited to announce the new online grant submission process! This user-friendly system will streamline the process for applicants and help cut down the amount of time and paper required to submit an application. All applications must be submitted using this system.

Below are instructions on how to get started. When you are ready please click the link that corresponds with the type of grant you are applying for: Mentored, Intermediate, or Independent Nurse Researcher.

Start an Application, which is due August 3, 2009.  

Instructions

1. Set up an account or log in

2. Fill out the application

You can:

• Start the application, save and finish later
• Copy and paste information from another document into the spaces provided on the online form

You will be asked to upload your complete application in one pdf file, which will include:

• Completed Cover Page (click for template)
• Budget (click for template)
• Table of Contents
• Project Information (as detailed in 2009 nursing grant guidelines)

3. Submit your application

When you are finished and have uploaded your application, submit your grant by pressing the “submit” button at the bottom of the last page. Once you have submitted your application, you will not be able to make any changes.
