Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation

Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation’s Hero Ambassador Program is a pilot program that connects families with opportunities to help ALSF raise awareness and educate the community about childhood cancer. It also is a great way to connect our local volunteers and fundraisers to the cause by giving them an opportunity to meet families who have been affected by childhood cancer.

As ALSF continues to expand and grow, we know that the opportunities for childhood cancer families to get involved will only increase. Nothing resonates more than a personal story of childhood cancer as told by a parent or child. As ambassadors, you have a tremendous opportunity to bring people into this cause, and increase community support for pediatric cancer research.

Any parent or caregiver of a child with cancer may participate in this program. ALSF will provide a FAQ, as well as speaking points to help those who are interested in speaking to an audience. We intend to conduct an in-house training session for local families in Philadelphia and a webinar for those who reside in distant areas.
