John Karzen Basketball and Northwestern Mutual - Chicago are hosting the Inaugural "Hoops for Hope", a fundraiser to help Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation move one step closer to finding a cure for all children with cancer! 

Ages 5 - 10:

$20 donation per child

Check in at 9:30am

Clinic from 10am - 11am

Ages 11 - 15: 

$25 donation per child

Check in at 11:15am

3 on 3 Tournament: 12pm - 3pm (Approx)

*Please keep in mind - you may put together your own team, but it is not required. We will put the teams together based on registrants.

Below are the steps to register:

1. Click “Join the Team”
2. Enter email address and password
3. Complete the form with all necessary information
4. Once you have filled out the form, you’ll be asked to make a donation.
5. Please select “Yes, I would like to donate.”
6. The total donation will be based off the amount of children you are registering.
7. On the donation page, there is an option to add a note.
8. Please ensure you include each child’s name and age in the note.
9. Add credit card information, click submit, and you are all set!
