Hi Friends! September is childhood cancer awareness month and my heart has been heavy for all the families who are battling pediatric cancer. Cancer itself is horrific, but there is nothing worse than seeing a child suffer. In honor of a dear friend and a little girl named Daisy, we are having a lemonade stand to raise awareness and money towards finding a cure for pediatric cancer. Come join us on Saturday, September 25th, 2010 from 12:00-5:00 as we will set up a lemonade stand at The Janss Market Place in Thousand Oaks. This will be a family friendly event with lemonade, cookies, facepainting, balloons, a craft and a raffle.  If you know any families who have had to fight this battle or are currently fighting, could you let me know?  I would love to honor them at my stand.  Also, please send this to anyone who you think might be interested in coming!
