Meridith, the boys and I are "Camping In " for Kids Cancer at the Linc (Go Eagles) to raise money for Alex's Lemonade, a foundation that raises money to builds awareness of childhood cancers, primarily treatments and cures. Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation is committed to finding a cure for all childhood cancers. To date,they have funded over 200 research projects at more than 65 institutions across the country! In addition to funding cutting-edge research into finding better treatments and ultimately cures, they also fund nursing grants to improve the quality of life and care of children with cancer. Every donation (no matter what the size) does make a difference in our fight to eradicate cancer as a life-threatening disease in children.
