Alex's Lemonade Stand is happy to provide families of children with cancer a free treatment journal. The journal includes a treatment tracker section, symptoms and side effects section, appointment schedule section, questions for healthcare provider section, personal notes and thoughts section, and a calendar section.

We are working on creating a new, customized treatment journal. This new journal will include all the current sections, but will offer features such as trackers for out-of-pocket expenses, blood counts, nutrition and scan/ diagnostic tests, as well as a plastic sleeve for receipts/ notes, a photo insert for inspiring memories and a pain meter card.
