Let's rally together Holmdel to help Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation move one step closer to finding a cure for all children with cancer! You can join us by participating in the Holmdel 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament on Tuesday, March 26th from 6:00pm until 10:00pm or whenever the final buzzer sounds. As we've done in recent years, this one-night tournament is open to all boys and girls basketball players in Holmdel, from 5th grade through high school. The age groups are as follows: 5th and 6th grade, 7th and 8th grade, and high school. We plan to have separate brackets for boys and girls. But in order to do this we need at least four teams per age group. Each team can register up to 3 or 4 players per team. The cost is $10 per person. **PLEASE NOTE** We have struggled to fill the girls spots in some years due to a lack of teams. Hold off on any payments until we can verify we have enough teams. You can also speak with other parents to organize a minimum of 3 balanced, competitive teams. Hopefully there's more! But we need at least 3 to have a bracket in any age group. TO REGISTER: Scroll to the bottom of the page where you'll Click the Red "CREATE A NEW TEAM" button. This will direct you through a series of questions where you will Create your team name and fill out your personal information. When you type in your Team Name, please include the name plus the age group. For instance: Caitlyn's Crew - 7th and 8th Grade Girls. When you arrive at the donation page, you will be able to choose your donation amount. The registration fee per player is $10. You can donate more if you'd like, but the minimum is $10. There are 3 options to pay: credit card, PayPal or an option to pay by check. 100% of all monies collected will go directly to the Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation. If you need to join a team that's already been created, there's an option at the bottom of the registration page to "VIEW OR JOIN A TEAM" Click this Green Button, and then Click "ADD A PLAYER" on the next page, and follow the registration questions to complete the process. You will then be prompted to enter the students information, and create a user account (student or parent's email). After that, a donation/registration fee can be made. PLEASE NOTE - All teams MUST REGISTER BY TUESDAY, MARCH 19th at midnight in order to secure your team's spot in the tournament. Registration will close at that time and date in order to create the tournament brackets. No teams will be accepted or added after March 19th. To make this as easy as possible, ALL payments and donations must be completed during the registration process by credit card or mailed along with a check. At any point in the registration process (prior to March 19th), if you need to make changes to your team or you'd like to personalize your team page, you can always click "Edit Team Page" and make changes necessary. Once again, 100% of all monies collected will go directly to the Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation to pay for research to find better treatments and cures for childhood cancer. Let's go Holmdel!
