Welcome to our page - Running for CARs 2023!

Every day, 43 children in the U.S. are diagnosed with cancer. Outcomes for our patients have improved dramatically as a result of research done by hard working scientists and clinicians. We are committed to contuing this work to find a cure for all children. Our lab is invested in developing novel immunotherapies to combat myeloid malignancies. We have focused our work on engineering NK cells and T cells to express Chimeric Antigen Recptors (CARs) or secreted bispecific engager molecules targeting AML. This September, we plan to fight childhood cancer by participating in The Million Mile!
