Welcome everyone!! As many of you know by now, JJ had a huge fight in May 2024. A spinal tumor was taking over his whole spine and at the moment we didn't know if he was going to be able to walk again after surgery, how this was going to affect his life, many HARD conversations with doctors that parents shouldn't have to think about and most importantly if it was cancerous or benign. Thank God it was benign! But JJ still had to go through radiation and up until now is still in recovery mode. If you know JJ, he is an amazing kid! He's lovable, kind,respectful, sassy and most importantly he LOVES God. He has pulled through this with so much positivity, a huge smile and his prayers are being heard everyday. Alex Lemonade Foundation didn't hesitate to help us. I remember telling them "But our case is not cancerous" and their answer was "We help families to make easier and for you guys to be able to breathe a little better, the last thing we don't want you worry about is how you're going to make it to radiation 5 days a week for 6 weeks, we all need a little help." Anything given helps them get a little closer to finding answers. Let's help JJ meet his goal! Thank you to everyone.
