Welcome to the Asher's Stormtrooper Million Mile team for 2026

Starting another year of Million Mile for Asher, and we start with a big THANK YOU!  Thank you for being here year after year.  For Asher and his family.  For dedicating your time for him, for sending thoughts to The Leonards, for thinking about all the other children that are affected by childhood cancer year after year.  Each September we ask a lot of you and you always deliver.    

So strap on those shoes, dust off that bike - let's get moving for ASHER!  You can choose to run, walk and/or cycle your way to any goal for the entire month.  All of this to bring awareness and funding to childhood cancer, as a team.  Asher's Stormtroopers.

We are in our 14th year of raising money to support the reasearch of childhood cancer.  Our mission is simple - to educate, help, and support so that one day no other family has to live what Asher and The Leonards have.  You can join us on this mission or donate to the page for childhood cancer research!

Asher Leonard was a silly, sassy and sweet little boy who loved Star Wars, Cars and even more his older brothers.  We are inspired by his love of Star Wars and thus the name - Storm Troopers was taken on.  He was so very brave for almost two years through his battle with ependymoma, a brain cancer. 

We CARRY ON with love, hope and in honor of Asher.
