Who doesn't love lemonade?!? Especially to benefit an amazing cause! Alex's lemonade stand helps to fundraise for research, clinical trials and grants to help find cures for childhood cancer.  Every year, so many kids and their families, beyond are impacted by childhood cancer. 

In 2021, I asked my mom to hold a lemonade stand to help kids with cancer. I didn't know much about cancer or Alex's lemonade, but I had seen things about it and knew I wanted to help. That year, we held our first lemonade stand, raising roughly $100. In the years since, it has continued to grow and last year we raised over $3,300!

The last couple years I had an awesome teammate and coach who watched a loved one battle childhood cancer - Harper. When I learned about this, I immediately wanted to hold last years stand in Harper's honor. When my mom gave me updates from either the website or from Coach Chris, I knew that Harper was so strong and a fighter. She was someone I looked up to for how much strength she had and how much joy she brought to everyone, even though she may not have felt her best.  This year, we are holding the stand in Harper's memory.

It is kids like Harper, or Alex-who started the original lemonade stand fundraiser, that I want to help find a cure for childhood cancer.
