As you may know, Northwestern Mutual is committed to giving all kids the chance to live life to the fullest by accelerating the search for a cure to pediatric cancer through our relationship with Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF). Since 2012, Northwestern Mutual, through its Foundation, has donated almost $14 million, funded over 160,000 hours of research for fight childhood cancer and we can’t stop now!

My firm, Northwestern Mutual – Durham and Chapel Hill, is holding a raffle to benefit Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation. 50% of all cornhole tournament proceeds and 70% of all raffle proceeds will go to Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation and both the raffle and cornhole tournament winner gets a cash prize. It’s a simple raffle and anyone can win but the potential to help fight childhood cancer is huge!

From September 15– October 12th, I’ll be selling tickets for $100/each (or 3 for $250 or 5 for $400). The raffle drawing will take place during our corn hole tournament and party on Friday 10/13 at Bull McCabe’s in Durham from 1:00-4:00PM (winner need not be present to win). Each ticket is 70% tax deductible and receipts can be made available upon request.

If you’d like to also participate in the cornhole tournament, the team entry fee is just $100/team. All are welcome and each team will receive 2 free drinks and Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation gear.
