This tournament was set up to help the families who have gone through a similar experience like we have but were not so fortunate with the final results. In 2016, our son was diagnosed with Intracranial Hypertension. The diagnosis came after many doctor and several tests. It also came with the possibility that until we see the MRI results, we had to keep in mind that he could possibly be having the signs of a brain tumor. As he still struggles daily with this disease, our family is extremely blessed and grateful that that we avoided the cancer diagnosis.
Our older son wanted to visit while we were all in the hospital and as he noticed other patient's who were not so fortunate, and the sad suffering reality, he decided that all he would ask Santa for was to donate to those children. He wanted to make their lives a little happier and give them something to look forward to. Because of this, our family has decided to create this yearly tournament to try to help another family through their struggling time.
Seth's Annual Crushing It For A Cure Softball Tournament is a coed slow pitch softball tournament that will include a concession stand, 50/50, basket raffle, and this year a Lemonade Stand.
