My name is Jack Treutelaar, together with my Libertyville Wildcat Football team and coaches, I'm holding a season-long fundraiser to SNAP OUT Cancer. I’ll be dedicating my season to kids with cancer by turning my stats into life-saving research dollars and helping Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation move one step closer to finding a cure for all children with cancer. Cancer has affected my community, my teammates, and their families so I want to do what I can to help find a cure for this horrible disease. There are a couple ways you can support, either a one-time donation, a pledge donation, or both! The pledge donations will apply to every time I snap the ball so it can be kicked or punted, meaning completed snaps for field goals, extra points, and punts will all count towards your pledge. Pledge $1 per snap or whatever amount you are comfortable with. I will be working hard with my kickers and punters to score as many points as possible for the Wildcats and to raise money for this great cause! During this season my goal is to raise $2000 to support childhood cancer research and would be grateful for your support! Thank you for joining my team to SNAP OUT Childhood Cancer and GO WILDCATS!
