 We are so excited to host this fundraiser!This year our money is specifically going to research for a Luekemia  type called AML. If any of you know Sarah DeGraw, this is the type of cancer her son has. He had a 50% change of survival, and he looks like he will make it! He’s not at his 5 year mark yet, but he’s getting there! Sadly there are so many kids out there with this cancer that don’t make it.

We were lucky, the type of leukemia that my son, Jared, has is one that has been researched for 50 years and has a 95% chance that in 5 years, there are no side effects and you can’t even tell he ever had cancer. Survival is almost a given.

I want to help research AML so that those kids can have a better chance of survival and a better chance that they won’t have side effects. Every kid deserves to grow up! That’s why I do this. Every dollar brings us closer to another life!
