My name is Jack Treutelaar, together with my Libertyville Wildcat Football team and coaches, I'm holding a season-long fundraiser to SNAP OUT Cancer. This is the 2nd year I’ll be dedicating my season to kids with cancer by turning my stats into life-saving research dollars and helping Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation move one step closer to finding a cure for all children with cancer. Cancer has affected my community, my teammates, and their families so I want to do what I can to help find a cure for this horrible disease. There are a couple ways you can support, either a one-time donation, a pledge donation, or both! The pledge donations will apply to every time I snap the ball so it can be kicked or punted, meaning completed snaps for field goals, extra points, and punts will all count towards your pledge. Pledge $1 per snap or whatever amount you are comfortable with. I will be working hard with my kickers and punters to score as many points as possible for the Wildcats and to raise money for this great cause! Last year I raised $8,000 and this season my goal is to raise $10,000 to support childhood cancer research and would be grateful for your support! Thank you for joining my team to SNAP OUT Childhood Cancer and GO WILDCATS!
