Hi everyone! My name is Kristine Bombardiere and I'm joining Team Lemon at the New York City Marathon to help Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation move one step closer to finding a cure for all children with cancer! ALSF is an organization that is changing the lives of children with cancer by funding impactful research, raising awareness, and supporting families. 

In 2016, my family received the earth shattering news that my twin sister was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. At 18 years old, Sam should have been focused on creating memories and enjoying life as a teenager. As a family, we’ve experienced first hand how organizations like ALSF can make a difference and bring hope to those affected by a cancer diagnosis. They provide families with the aid they need during a challenging time so that they can focus on recovery. Sam is now 8 years cancer free and our family could not be more grateful for the continued support we’ve received throughout our journey.
